Hbaji com's Terms & Conditions – Complete & Transparent

Hbaji com (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hbaji com and its users.

By using the hbaji com website or mobile app, creating an account, or participating in any betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using hbaji com.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bangla for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.
• Accounts must be used for personal purposes only and not for any commercial activity.
• Users are required to complete hbaji com's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Hbaji com reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. If the information provided appears to be false or misleading, the account will be suspended immediately.

Hbaji com is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Preventing underage access is one of hbaji com's top priorities.

At any stage of registration, we may request one of the following documents to verify your age:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Certificate (accompanied by another form of ID)
• Driving License

Hbaji com reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until age verification is complete. If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

Hbaji com supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the name on the payment account does not match the account holder's name, the withdrawal may be held.

Hbaji com reserves the right to review any withdrawal request at its discretion. Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Keep the following key rules in mind when placing bets on hbaji com:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless hbaji com voids it due to an error on our part.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• Incorrect Odds: hbaji com reserves the right to void any bets accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect.
• Maximum Payout: Each betting market has a maximum payout limit, which is clearly stated on the betting page.
• Multiple Bets: In addition to single bets, you can also place a bet on multiple events in one go (accumulator). All selections must win for the bet to pay out.

Hbaji com regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users one time only.
• You cannot activate another bonus while one is already active.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Hbaji com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Hbaji com reserves the right to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is found.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbaji com and will result in permanent account closure:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets by exploiting advance knowledge of a match or event outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Betting across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using software to place bets instead of doing so manually.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.
• Fraud: Claiming bonuses or promotions using false information.
• Hacking or System Attacks: Unauthorized access to hbaji com's servers or software.

Hbaji com is not liable for the following:

• Any losses or missed bets caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Any losses resulting from unexpected technical issues or server downtime.

Hbaji com is committed to maintaining platform stability and security at all times. However, technical issues may occasionally cause temporary service disruptions. In such cases, hbaji com will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Hbaji com may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (no account activity for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, email us at support@hbajicom.com. Any pending bets will be settled first, and any remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

Hbaji com reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
